Looking back over 35-odd years, it's safe to say we all knew that business would change over time, but could any of us have predicted how much it would change? Entire new technologies, new economic realities, new regulations and practices — not to mention new awareness of our social responsibilities — have profoundly affected the way our clients conduct business, and changed the way we serve their needs.
Since 1975, MSCM LLP has provided audit, accounting, tax planning and management solutions for Canadian and international clients, and those clients have been as diverse as business itself. We've served the needs of companies large and small, public and private, at home and abroad, during all phases from start-up to maturity, through IPO and beyond.
Since the beginning, we've embraced new technologies and devoted ourselves to staying ahead of the waves of change. Today, that attitude helps us serve our many private business clients and approximately 100 publicly listed companies. It allows us to help Canadian companies reach new levels and to assist others from around the world become listed in Canada and abroad.
Our Toronto Assurance practice consists of 13 partners and more than 70 professionals. Our firm is PCAOB ("The Public Company Accounting Oversight Board" USA) and CPAB ("Canadian Public Accountability Board" CANADA) registered.
