Jim Molyneux is a Founding Partner at MSCM and continues to be one of the leaders who sets the tone at the top and molds the path of the firm. In practice for more than 25 years, Jim has developed a broad range of experience with both public and privately held enterprises, including Canadian and US reporting issuers as well as large private concerns.

Jim is actively involved in several major areas of MSCM's extensive range of services. He serves as:

  • one of our leading partners in the entire resource sector, and especially in our niche mining area
  • a deeply knowledgeable advisor on tax effective corporate structuring, estate planning and both corporate and personal tax planning
  • a trusted advisor on all aspects of institutional financing, providing practical advice and insight to clients looking to grow their businesses either organically or through mergers and acquisitions
  • an expert in the sale of businesses, able to play a valuable part in succession planning and exit strategies.
